Need to wrap up work on the way? Bring your laptop — the ride is smooth and scenic with pockets of reception for emails. Once you arrive, log off and step straight into Skydance mode.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

If you’d prefer to make your own way to Skydance, public transport is available — but be prepared for a long journey and multiple transfers.

While it might seem slightly cheaper on paper (around $240 return), you’ll need to juggle trains, buses and taxis to reach the festival site — with 7+ hours of travel each way. By comparison, the Skydance Express gets you there in one direct ride for almost the same price.

Booking required — train and bus tickets can be booked via the Transport NSW website.
